About the money side.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings — Stripe handles the cancellation immediately and you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no penalty.
Your data stays. Dogs, recipes, meal logs, favourites — all preserved. Recipe scaling reverts to the free demo portions, additional dog profiles become read-only, and the recipe builder caps at one saved build. Re-upgrade anytime and everything unlocks again instantly.
The free tier is the trial — no time limit, no card required. You get a full dog profile, one custom recipe, full Learn library, and the full recipe library at preview size. When you're ready for unlimited recipes and multi-dog support, upgrade then.
Prices are shown in US dollars. At checkout, Stripe shows the amount in your local currency automatically, so you can see what you'll pay before confirming.
A dog profile is one set of weight, age, breed, allergies and feeding goals. Multi-dog households on the free tier choose one to set up; on Premium each dog gets their own profile and recipes are sized for each individually.
Yes. If you're not happy within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, email admin@betterbowl.com.au and we'll refund you, no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and stop being billed, but past charges aren't refunded.
